“The 2020 Gold Proof Half Sovereign is the smallest of the 2020 sovereigns to be released individually, with the mint only issuing the proof quarter coins as part of the 2020 sovereign coin sets.

These 2020 half sovereigns feature a special cypher mint mark on the reverse. This is to commemorate the 200th anniversary since the death of King George III. The coins comes in a wooden presentation case and is issued with a certificate of authenticity from The Royal Mint.”
