Delivery FAQs

  1. All items, unless otherwise stipulated, are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm and insured to the total value amount
  2. Delivery is confirmed with GPS tracked point to point tracking and dual signature photograph taken by courier at point of delivery
  3. A timestamped video of parcel packing will be recorded in the interest of parcel security and a unique security seal number will be issued to the buyer on dispatch. Please ensure that this seal is intact when you take reciept of your parcel, you are advised to refuse delivery for return to TGS if the security seal is broken
  4. Once you have been notified of a delivery, it is your responsibility to be available to accept deliver at the specified time.
  5. We only accept liability for parcels that are lost or damaged whilst in the care of Royal Mail or other pre-selected provider. Once the provider confirms delivery, and the parcel is no longer in their care, our liability will cease.
  6. It is imperative that you ensure you provide accurate postal address details. Royal Mail or any other provider shall have no liability to pay any compensation if the reason a parcel could not be delivered successfully was due to it not containing a full and accurate name and address, including postcode.

Authenticity Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our stock items, so all the gold and silver coins for sale in our collection have been subject to rigorous quality checks. Before any of our gold coins are put up for sale, we check them over to make sure they are genuine, authentic and correctly identified.



Cancellation Rights


You have no statutory right to cancel or return your order if you change Your mind, this is because the price of the goods is set at the time of the contracted Order, and due to the fact that the goods are constituted in gold and other precious metals there is a significant risk of price fluctuation. Returns are only accepted whereby an item is not as reasonably described and refunds will only be processed on safe receipt to TGS of the item.
